About us

InnovaFood is a research-based company with high scientific ambitions, founded by Inger Björck and Elin Östman. We have collaborated on development of food concepts for facilitation of glycaemic control since the late 1990’s and have since added also other food concepts with added health value.

The overarching aim of InnovaFood is to make our research findings more accessible to those that can benefit from them. In order to succeed with that InnovaFood collaborate with serious partners that transform our research into attractive food products.
